Life After Cancer

This three-part series addresses the needs of those who are finished with cancer treatment. Meet others who are adjusting to the “new normal” and discuss issues such as fear of recurrence, returning to work, changing relationships and long-term side effects of treatment. Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions – 9/15, 9/22, 9/29. Advanced registration required.

Social Skills Group For Children
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Lakeshore Speech Therapy is holding a social skills group for school-aged children focusing on effective communication with peers and adults. Will focus on achieving appropriate social behavior and communication through practice, modeling and role play. Class runs for 8 weeks every Weds. from Sept. 29 through November 17 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. The fee is $800. Call 440-668-3104 to register by Sept. 15.
