Not Your Daughter's or Your Mother's Zumba!
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Zumba… Its hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat and having lots of fun doing it. Our free demo is for the "inbetween/silver" adult to participate in a not-too-fast and not-too-slow Zumba Dance Fitness Class..

Dwyer Memorial Center, 300 Bryson Lane in Bay Village....off of Lake, west of Dover Center Road.

Northeast Ohio PC Club, General Meeting

The Northeast Ohio PC Club (NEOPC) will hold its General Meeting on Wednesday September 8th at the Westlake Porter Public Library, 27333 Center Ridge Road, Westlake. The meeting is free and open to the public. You don’t have to be a member of NEOPC.
The featured speaker will be veteran computer expert, Dennis Lewis, who will speak on “Web Browsers”: Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and others. If you want to know the strengths and weaknesses of today’s browsers, don’t miss Dennis’s talk. It will begin at 7:15 p.m. But come early (6:30 p.m.) to enjoy socializing and free refreshments.
