Brighton Gardens of Westlake Speaker Series: "Laughter Yoga"

Join us for part 1 of a three-part speaker series. You will enjoy Professor Azaad Khaira, Certified Laughter Therapist, for a rejuvenating "Laughter Yoga" presentation. The program will provide individuals with the techniques to reduce stress, recognize true happiness in their lives, and renew their spirits! All are welcome to this free program! We are hopeful to especially reach women in the community who may be caring for senior loved ones, have families of their own, and may be working as well. This series will provide the tools for women to find happiness, peace, and to live a life with less stress!
Registration & refreshments begin at 6:30 p.m. with the Guest Speaker at 7 p.m.
