Annual City of Westlake Easter Egg Hunt

Every year since 1955 the Westlake Town Criers have sponsored the annual city Easter Egg Hunt. At 1:00 p.m. children ages 4-6 will take off on a scramble for wrapped candy and in search for special eggs redeemable for prizes. This will be repeated at 1:30 p.m. for ages 7-10. Simultaneously there is a non-competitive egg hunt for children up to age 3.
There will be a Mr and Mrs Easter Bunny passing out more candy and available for pictures. There will also be face painting, tattoos and a raffle for large stuffed animals. There is no charge and a good time is had by all.
Come early as the event goes off promptly.

This is a drop in event where you can learn about prayer beads and make a set for yourself. Prayer beads are a way of focusing your prayers; unique colored beads guide you thru a cycle of prayer. You will be amazed at how this simple prompt can revolutionize your prayer life. Event is free and open for kids thru seniors that are interested in deepening their prayers.
