Westlake Historical Society Monthly Meeting
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
The Westlake Historical Society & Porter Library are pleased to welcome our speaker from The James A. Garfield National Historic Site. This informative power point will trace treasured customs from today's weddings to the woman who inspired them, Queen Victoria. We'll also discuss some of the superstitions followed when planning the modern wedding, and share some images of American royalty. This will include weddings of the presidents and their children.
There will be a short business meeting before our speaker begins. Refreshments will be served.
