LWV Hot Topics Forum: Regional Antidotes to Sprawl

Grace Gallucci, now nearly two years at the helm of NOACA, the 5-county planning agency, will show us the results of the 3-year, $4.25 million study by the Northeast Ohio Sustainable Communities Consortium. It’s a recently adopted Smart Growth plan that calls for redeveloping our area’s urban centers and slowing outmigration – identifying measurable goals that could change the future course of our region.
