What Is Typical Behavior for an Elementary School-Aged Child?
7:00 PM
How long should the average meltdown last? Is my child's constant anxiety about school normal? If my child doesn't get invitations to birthday parties or play dates, are her social skills lacking? My son is having trouble at recess, how do I know if it is just an average playground conflict or if he is being bullied? Join Natale Badillo, MA, Ed, from Kenneth A. De Luca, Ph.D. & Associates, Inc., as she talks about what is typical behavior for an elementary school-aged child and when you should be concerned. She will address anxiety, meltdowns, impulsiveness, peer relationships and homework avoidance. At the end, she will leave time to answer audience questions.
