Free Family History Research Help Session
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Members of Cuyahoga West Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society will offer free family history research assistance, to the public. If you have data recorded to pedigree and/or family group sheets, please bring these forms, as they will aid the volunteers in helping you.

After School Art & Nature Club: It Glows!
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Art and nature meet in this workshop collaboration with BAYarts. While at the Center, you’ll be a Mad Scientist discovering the secret of glowing creatures and experimenting with glow sticks. On the second day, head over to BAYarts new pottery studio to build a cool and creepy creature with eyes that glow in the dark!
For children in grades 1-4. Fee: $35/child

Wednesdays, October 7 and 14.

Staying Active & Engaged to Keep Your Mind Sharp
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
College Club West will continue its monthly gathering with Christine Nelson of the Cleveland Clinic, who will present a program titled "Staying Active & Engaged To Keep Your Mind Sharp."
This nonprofit social club meets monthly and presents topics of interest to women. In addition, there are 36 smaller and varied special interest groups that meet separately. Activities as varied as stock investment clubs, genealogy research, bowling and golf leagues are included. Membership is open to women who have a bachelor's degree from an accredited degree-granting college.
