Healing Hearts and Minds

Individuals and family members living with mental illness are invited to join a safe and supportive community meeting the third Monday of each month in person and on Zoom. Healing Hearts & Minds is a faith-based support group led by NAMI-trained volunteers where families can share experiences and offer support and hope to each other. Visit baypres.org/care for details.
