ADULT DEPARTMENT:
Wednesday, April 21 (7 p.m.) HERBAL THERAPIES FOR STRESS AND ANXIETY RELIEF – Find out how to relieve stress and anxiety through the use of herbal therapy with the Willow Arts and Wellness Center, a holistically-based health center.
Tuesday, May 4 (7 p.m.) MAKE A GOURD BIRDHOUSE –Decorate a gourd with your own personal style and hang it in your yard. Gourds and decorating supplies will be provided.
TEEN DEPARTMENT:
Thursday, May 6 (3:30 p.m.) TEEN CRAFT CLUB – Make something fun and useful after school. Crafts include bottle cap necklaces, button making, and more. For grades 6-12.
Tuesday, April 20 (6:30 p.m.) TEEN SUMMER AND PART TIME JOB SEARCH – Our Career counselor will teach you how to complete job applications and impress potential employers. Light refreshments will be provided. For ages 14-19.
CHILDREN'S DEPARTMENT:
Tuesday, April 28 (4:15 p.m.) EL DIA DE LOS NINOS/EL DIA DE LOS LIBROS – Enjoy a unique storytime in both English and Spanish. For families with children ages 3-5.
Tuesday, May 4 (10 a.m.) STRETCH A TUBA – What do a garden hose and a funnel sound like? Find out when Gary Adams of Metropolitan Brass Quintet introduces preschoolers to brass instruments. For families with preschoolers.
