Summer Pool Passes

Summer pool passes are now available! We are looking forward to another fun-filled summer at the Family Aquatic Center. Registration is available in person or through the mail. You must provide proof of residency. Hurry in: the Early Bird Special – which saves $10 off the price of a pass – ends May 14! Pool opens June 1.

Learn to Swim

Bay Village residents: Join us for our American Red Cross-affiliated Learn to Swim program. We offer lessons for ages 6 months ("Parent & Tot") to adults. Classes run in the mornings and we also offer evening and weekend classes too!  Registration is done in person. Registration dates and session dates are online at www.cityofbayvillage.com.

Swim Team (Ages 5-18)

Come join the Bay Village Swim Team (residents only). This program is designed for those interested in developing aquatic and teamwork skills, and will provide swimmers with the opportunity to compete with surrounding communities! The deadline is April 17. A parent meeting will also be held April 17, 6:30 p.m., at the Bay Middle School gym.

Volleyball Clinic

Girls and boys, grades 3-8, come join the St. Joseph Academy head volleyball coach and learn volleyball fundamentals or improve your current skills! The clinic will be held on Thursday evenings, April 11-May 2.

Drawing for Kids

Have fun with drawing and learn the basics of drawing animals, people and perspective! Spring Session is offered on Tuesday evenings, May 7-28 for ages 7-11. All skill levels are welcome!

Creative Drama

Students ages 7-10, come cultivate your creative talents and independent thinking skills through role playing, improvisation, theatre stage crafting, and dramatic play! Offered Thursday evenings, April 11-May 23 (no class May 2) with a final showcase for family and friends on the last day of class!

Tee Ball/Coach Pitch Programs

We offer many youth baseball programs! Ages 3 and 4, join Tee Ball for Tots! This instructional program is a great way to introduce your preschooler to baseball. Tee Ball is offered for age 5, or entering kindergarten in the fall. This skill-building program is for children with limited experience and emphasis will be placed on the development of proper form and technique of hitting, throwing and catching! For age 6, or entering first grade in the fall, join Sixers Coach Pitch! This program will help develop baseball strategy, teamwork, and good sportsmanship! Deadline to register is May 17.

Lacrosse

Grades K-3, come learn the sport of lacrosse! Join the BVLA coaches on Monday and Thursday evenings from June 17- July 11! Stick is included with the program fee. We will be offering a Lacrosse Camp in the summer with the Head BHS Lax Coach for Grades 3-8 … check it out online!

Itty Bitty Fun Camp

Ages 3 and 4, come join us for an excellent first-time day camp experience! We will play games, sing songs, share stories and make fun crafts! Two sessions are offered with a new curriculum each session! First Session runs from June 17-21 and the Second Session runs from July 15-19.

Tennis Programs

Bay Village Recreation offers many tennis programs for age 3 and up! There are morning, evening and weekend classes available, as well as classes for all levels of experience! There are many opportunities for adults such as parent/child, adult doubles and USTA tennis leagues!

Adult Exercise Programs

Try one of our exercise programs today! We offer yoga, cardio-kickboxing, Zumba fitness, and feeling fit classes! Yoga helps to grow stronger, become more flexible, and relieve stress. In cardio-kickboxing, burn up to 800 calories on one hour of exciting, fast-paced exercise! The class is perfect for building cardiovascular endurance and toning muscles! Zumba is the biggest dance/ aerobic craze! These classes are offered year round, so don’t miss out! Purchase your pass today, or you can drop in for a fee (yoga not included).

Dog Obedience is Back!

This six-week course teaches you how to train your dog to come, sit, stay, walk without pull, etc. The class is structured to help the owner. Dog must be at least 8 weeks and no more than 6 years old. Class is offered on Wednesday evenings; Spring and Summer sessions are available!
