Kade Waffen earns Eagle Scout Rank

Kade Waffen, Eagle Scout, Bay Village Troop 41

Kade Waffen, Bay Village Troop 41, earned the Eagle Scout Rank on Jan. 11. Kade becomes the Troop's 145th Eagle Scout since 1964. He is the son of Chad and Nicole Waffen.
