Wednesday, Feb. 17 (11-11:30 a.m.) Foodies @ 11 Part Deux (Live) – Join Miss Cathy and Miss Natalie on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube as they test popular kitchen hacks! All ages.

Wednesday, Feb. 17 (2-3 p.m.) Wednesday Afternoon Book Discussion (Live) – This month’s book is "The Second Mrs. Hockaday" by Susan Rivers. Please note that this monthly discussion will take place on the THIRD Wednesday of the month from now on. Discussion will be held via Zoom. Please register.

Wednesday, Feb. 17 (7-8 p.m.) Creative Writing for Adults (Live) – This class is designed to wake up the creativity within. No experience is necessary, just a desire to try new things! Practice the art of putting pen to paper and spontaneously creating. This class will be taught on Zoom. Please register. Please provide an email address to receive a link to the program. To make the class more interactive, a working camera and microphone are recommended.

Thursday, Feb. 18 (11-11:30 a.m.) Storytime (Live) – Join us on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube for a fun storytime!

Thursdays, Feb. 18 and 25 (3:30-4:30 p.m.) WPPL Roblox Club – Love Roblox? Then WPPL has a club for you! We have some private servers set up for Tweens in grades 4-6 to hang out with their friends and enjoy some of the most popular games via Zoom. Please register.

Friday, Feb. 19 (9 a.m.-6 p.m.) Got Science? Supply Pick Up – Join us as we explore phases of the moon! Kits will be available beginning Feb. 19. You will need a kit to participate in the program. Grades 1 & 2. Registering for the supply pick up will also register you for the Zoom event on Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. Please register. Participants must provide an email address to receive Zoom instructions.

Fridays, Feb. 19 and 26 (11-11:30 a.m.) First Chapter Friday (Live) – Join us on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube to hear Youth Services staff read the first chapter of a book appropriate for children in grades K-4.

Monday, Feb. 22 (9 a.m.-9 p.m.) Kinder Club Packet Pick-Up – Pick up your packet at the Youth Services Desk on or after Feb. 22. Each bag will contain multiple early literacy concepts that will be featured weekly on our Kinder Club Blog. Ages 4-6 While supplies last.

Monday, Feb. 22 (11-11:30 a.m.) Be a Heart Health Hero (Live) – Join us on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube for a dose of heart health! Kits for this program are available but not necessary for participation. This program is led by a librarian, not a physician or exercise professional. The target audience is families with special needs. Please register.

Tuesday, Feb. 23 (11-11:30 a.m.) Stories and Signs – Join us on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube and enjoy a storytime while learning a few words in sign language. Ages 0-3.

Tuesday, Feb. 23 (6-8 p.m.) Supporting the Immune System Naturally (Live) – Learn from Dr. Carolyn Smilor, DA, how to use herbs and nutrition to support your immune system naturally. Gain insight on the importance of getting the acid-alkaline balance in your body correct. Please register. You must provide an email address to receive Zoom information.

Wednesday, Feb. 24 (11-11:30 a.m.) Preschoolers Rock! (Live) – Join Miss Nancy on social media as we have fun singing songs and using instruments to keep to the beat of the music! This month we’ll share ideas for making rhythm sticks from everyday items! Ages 3-5.

Wednesday, Feb. 24 (4-5 p.m.) Teen Writers Group (Live) – An online meet-up for teens in grades 7-12. This is an hour to just write, with the last 15 minutes reserved for any writer in need of some group brainstorming. Please register. Participants must provide an email address to receive Zoom instructions.

Wednesday, Feb. 24 (6:30-7 p.m.) Family Storytime (Live) – Join us on Zoom for an interactive storytime featuring books, rhymes, songs and movement. For families with children up to 2-6, siblings welcome. Please register. Participants must provide an email address to receive Zoom instructions.

Wednesday, Feb. 24 (8-9 p.m.) Discovery Box for Teens Sign-Up – A personalized subscription box services for teens in grades 7-12. Each box will include a book, a paper craft, a mystery snack and a few other surprises! After signing up you’ll receive a survey to help us personalize your box to your taste. Registration begins Feb. 17. Pick up takes place March 3-5.

Thursday, Feb. 25 (11-11:30 a.m.) Black History Month Storytime (Live) – Join us on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube for a storytime celebrating Black History Month!

Saturday, Feb. 27 (9 a.m.-6 p.m.) Mystery STEAM Bag Challenge Supply Pick-Up – Pick up your Mystery STEAM Bag Supplies at the Drive-Up Window on or after Feb. 27. Each bag contains mystery craft materials and a challenge card. Use the materials to complete the design challenge and share with us on Zoom! Grades 1 and 2. Please register; registering to pick up materials also registers you for the Zoom event on March 6 at 11 a.m.

Saturday, Feb. 27 (11-11:30 a.m.) Pokemon Fun (Live) – Join Miss Rachel for a virtual Pokemon meeting! We will play a guess-that-Pokemon game and have time for show and tell. Feel free to bring a favorite Pokemon card or toy for show and tell! Registration begins Feb. 20. Participants must provide an email address to receive Zoom instructions.
