Pair of Westlake police officers promoted to sergeant
Westlake Police Chief Kevin Bielozer, Sgt. Ryan Pischel, Sgt. Nate Fox, Mayor Dennis Clough.
The City of Westlake promoted two officers to the rank of sergeant on Dec. 17 in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Those officers were Ryan Pischel and Nate Fox.
In addition to their years of experience, both completed extensive training and exercises needed to demonstrate the character traits and knowledge necessary for the role of sergeant.
Westlake Mayor Dennis Clough and Police Chief Kevin Bielozer congratulated them on their well-deserved promotions.
